» Support Policy Changes - Affective Immediately [ March 05, 2009 ]
We have some policy changes that we need to make clear regarding our support.

1. We will only support websites that are running the LATEST versions of Joomla 1.0 and 1.5. So whatever the current release is for these 2 versions is what we will support. You should ALWAYS be running the latest version of Joomla anyway for security reasons. PERIOD!

2. We will only support websites that are running PHP5 as PHP4 is not even supported by Joomla since version 1.5.7 was released.

Please update your websites if necessary BEFORE submitting a support ticket request.

When posting a support ticket, please make sure you provide us all of the requested information that we are asking in the ticket form. Not providing us with your website information will only delay the support that we can provide to our customers. After all, how can we offer support if there is not any information for us to help you with?
