Joomla Showroom is happy to announce another new version of Event Registration Pro. This new version 1.5.12 has a couple of new enhancements and minor bug fixes. We encourage all of our clients to upgrade their installations immediately to take full advantage of our new features and enhanced stability.

Here is a list of the changelog for this new version.

New Features
1) List all the events in RSS feed by chronological date.
2) Add the event start date to every event registration form, So if there are multiple
events with the same name people will not be confused when registering for multiple events.

Bugs Resolved
1) Issue is resolved of mini calender module. When a user clicked upon the event date from mini calendar
and listed the events records for that particular day, It was not respecting the display settings from the configuration settings.
2) Resolved IE issue with "Register for multiple events" button on cart page.
3) Resolves issue with additional sale item selections not being passed to Paypal properly.
4) Resolved CB fields title issue there the CB field titles were not being sent in the emails properly.
5) Resolved search function issue from archive section when searching the archive section was not querying properly.

To upgrade to a new version of Event Registration Pro you will need to
first go to www.joomlashowroom.com and verify that you have the latest
version available. After obtaining the most recent version of the software
you can simply uninstall the old Registration Pro component from your site.

No data will be lost in this process as the database is left untouched.
Simply reinstall the new version of the extension.

After installing the new version you will see a warning that says:
NOTE: If you have just upgraded from a previous installation,
you must click the UPGRADE DATABASE icon in the control panel.


The upgrade database icon is in the main dashboard of the component.

This is VERY IMPORTANT to do after an upgrade so make sure you do this or
your may encounter errors. Double check your data is all there and that all
configuration settings are the same as before.

With upgrading from versions 1.5.6 or earlier you will need to reinstall your payment gateway plugins
and reconfigure them.
If upgrading from 1.5.7 or later your payment gateway plugins and all settings will remain.
As with any new release please double check our changelog below to make sure if you need to update your payment plugins or modules.


UNINSTALL/REMOVE

To uninstall Registration Pro, simply uninstall the component,
and any modules and payment plugins that we have announced that have been updated.
However the database tables for the component will NOT be deleted when the component is uninstalled.
