JoomlaShowroom.com is very pleased to announce the release of our newest version of  Event Registration Pro Calendar 1.5.9. This newest release boasts a lot of new features and additions that will make your event management life even better.

2 of our biggest new features are the new Mini Calendar Module and also the new Form Builder features.  The form builder has been rebuilt to offer you more flexibility. Here are some of the features:

       a) radio buttons and checkboxes can be listed in horizontal and vertical formats.
       b) Form field Groups.
       c) new form field for uploading files.

With these new features you can create event registration forms with the following fields in the examply photo below.

Some important notes about version 1.5.9
1) Make sure you click on the upgrade database icon after installing this new version if you are upgrading from a prior version.
2) Update your reminder and cutoff date fields for all events.
3) If you have forms that are using checkboxes or radio buttons you will need to edit those fields and update them.
4) Update all modules and payment plugins to the ones in this latest release.

Here is the all  final new features  list :

1)  Added the feature to set the registration cutoff date in days before the event start/end date (this will now carry over into all your repeating events)
2)  Added the feature to set the reminder email in days before the event start date (this will now carry over into all your repeating events)
3)  Added the option  to hide/show the event start/end dates and start/end time in main configuration settings.
4)  Added the option in the configuration settings to hide/show the price column from the front end event listing display.
5)  Max attendance column will be now collapse if the column is empty. You can hide all the information for this column from configuration settings.
6)  Registration dates, event report dates, transaction details dates and early registration dates all dates are showing according to config date format setting.
7)  If admin sets the free/offline paments registration accepted by default from config setting, Then the payment status of those transaction automatically change to complete.
8)  Added two tags in confirmation email {registrationdetails} and {transactiondetails} for registered user form details and invoice details.
9)  Add Rss Feed feature. Admin can enable RSS feeds of events from “configuration settings”. This will display an RSS feed icon at the bottom of the event listing page.
10) Add feature to select the start date/end date for archive the events.
11) Add coupon code name used durring purchase to the event report section.
12) Mini calendar Module - This mini calendar module will only work with version 1.5.9 and above.
13) Admin can change the title of mandatory form fields (firstname, lastname and email) from “Registration Form” section.
14) Redesigned form builder features:
       a) radio buttons and checkboxes can be listed in horizontal and vertical formats.
       b) Form field Groups.
       c) new form field for uploading files.
 

Here is the all final bug fixes list :

1) Free events ticket selections were not being shown in the event report.
2) Resolved timezone date offset issue.
3) Resolved event report bug to not showing the 0.00 tickets name.
4) Reminder and status change notifications working now.
5) Remove max limit validation for Additional tickets of events.
6) Resolved “Show attendees” list issue. Lately its not showing the all accepted registered users.
7) Resolved category access level issue with calendar view. Lately there was no effect of access levels in calendar view.
8) Resolved some bugs from recurring feature not copying some events properly.
9) Resolved copy event feature. Lately the event discounts and additional tickets were not copied.
10) Resolved coupon code/event discounts bug, Lately the discounts applied on additional and non-additional tickets. Now discounts are only applied on non-additional tickets.
11) Resolved the event listing ordering issue. Lately the ordering feature has problem if more than 10 -15 events were present.
12) Resolved terms and condition page bug.
13) Resolved group discounts listing order issue. Items we listing in a random order.
14) Resolved early discounts issue. Items we listing in a random order.
