1) Enable CB integration from Registration Pro configuration settings.

2) Set "Allow User Registration" setting as "Independently of global site setting" from CB configuration settings under the registration tab.

3) Make sure that registration must be allowed from global configuration of website.

4) Make sure that your newly created form fields are named exactly the same as you CB profile fields.

5) Publish the CB fields you wish to pre-populate in your Reg Pro forms.
