Is PayPal the only payment option?

  No, Registration Pro has a built in Payment plugin architecture and we ship a PayPal and Offline payment plugins with Registration Pro. You can get optional payment plugins via a 3rd party payment gateway provider. You can view a list of available payment plugins by clicking here. If they do not have your preferred payment plugin available in their list then you can have them custom develop one for you.
